On the first day of our tour, we will depart from Netanya and head to Caesarea, an ancient Roman city located on the Mediterranean coast. From there, we will visit the stunning Bahai Gardens in Haifa, with its impressive terraces and marvelous views. We’ll continue our journey to the Old city of Acre, where we’ll explore its ancient fortifications and colorful market.
For lunch, we will indulge in delicious seafood at the highly-acclaimed Uri Buri restaurant and after it, we’ll visit Rosh Hanikra, a site of breathtaking natural grottos on the Mediterranean Sea. Finally, we’ll spend the night at Kibbutz Kfar Haruv in the Golan Heights, surrounded by stunning landscapes and views.

On the second day of the tour, we will enjoy a thrilling Jordan River Kayak Excursion, followed by a Golan Heights Jeep Tour with a geopolitical perspective to the Syrian border. For lunch,we will experience authentic Druze hospitality with a home-cooked meal or cooking workshop. Later, we will visit a local winery for a wine tasting, sampling some of Israel’s finest wines.

Overnight: Kfar Haruv

On the morning of the third day of this exciting tour, we will check out of our accommodations in Kfar Haruv and head to the Dead Sea. There, we will visit Kalia Beach to float in the buoyant waters and soak up some sun.
Next, we will explore the stunning Ein Gedi nature reserve and take in the breathtaking views of the desert landscape. For lunch, we will indulge in some delicious local cuisine en-route. After it, we will head to our next destination, Kfar Hanokdim, where we will spend the night. Dinner will be served at the campsite, and guests will have the option to ride camels, embark on a desert night tour, or simply relax and enjoy Bedouin hospitality around the fire pit.

On the 4th day, we will wake up early to climb Masada from the Roman Ramp side (it will take us about 20 minutes of easy climb), visit the site and be back in the camp for a delicious breakfast. Then, we will visit Beit Govrin, the land of 1000 caves, where we will participate in a «Dig for a Day» program. After lunch in the charming neighborhood of Ein Kerem, we will drive to the Armon Hanatziv promenade for a stunning lookout over Jerusalem and toast «Lehaim» with a bottle of wine. We will then check in at the luxurious David Citadel Hotel and enjoy a dinner at the acclaimed Mona Restaurant.

On the 5th day of our trip, we will have a full-day walking tour of the Old City of Jerusalem. We’ll explore the ancient and sacred sites, including the Temple mount, the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Afterward, we’ll visit the bustling Mahane Yehuda Market, where we’ll indulge in some delicious local food and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at the Hasadna Restaurant.

On Day 6, we will embark on a Tomcar off-road tour to the Hidden Monastery in the Judean Desert, Marsaba. We will explore the area and take in the breathtaking views of the Judean Desert. For lunch, expect a surprise chef-prepared meal practically in the middle of nowhere. Afterward, we will head back to Jerusalem and enjoy some free time for shopping and exploring it on own.

On the seventh day, we will check out of the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem and drive to Tel Aviv. In Tel Aviv, we will participate in a graffiti workshop in the vivid neighborhood of Florentine. Next we will explore the Jaffa Market with a local guide and enjoy a special food tour, including stops at some of the best eateries and bars in the area.
Then we will have a tour of Old Jaffa, which includes a visit to the Ilana Gur Museum. We will have a late lunch at Onza, and this will be the grand finale of our trip.
